1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and 20% per annum from September 15, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On March 15, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 40 million to Defendant B at interest rate of 20% per annum; and (b) March 14, 2017; (c) Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant B’s obligation to borrow the loan; and (d) Defendant B paid only the agreed parties until September 14, 2016.
