1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows, with the exception of the rejection of the statement of Gap 12 evidence which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as evidence submitted additionally to the court of first instance, and thus, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this Court shall accept it as it is
2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
