1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
As a cause of claim, the Plaintiff received from A on September 23, 2016 the claim amounting to KRW 34,745,700 from A for the Defendant, and the assignment of the claim was notified to the Defendant. Therefore, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the above amount of KRW 34,745,700 and the delay damages therefrom.
Therefore, there is no evidence to acknowledge the existence of a claim that the Plaintiff was transferred from A.
The plaintiff's claim is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
