Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant A, B, and C are corporations engaged in the business of credit cards, pre-paid cards, debit cards, issuance, sale, and management, and they are E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”).

(1) The Credit Information Use and Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Credit Information Act”) shall apply to a company incorporated jointly by a financial institution.

(2) The Plaintiffs listed in the separate sheet No. 1 of the Plaintiffs as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 are all the Plaintiffs of this case. Of the entire Plaintiffs of this case, the Plaintiffs related to Defendant A were disclosed on April 2, 2010, and December 2013 among the Plaintiffs related to Defendant B, the separate sheet No. 3-1, and the separate sheet No. 3-2 in the case of outflow on December 2013, and the separate sheet No. 3-2 in the case of outflow on December 2013.
