1. The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 11, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff filed a claim against the defendant as Daejeon District Court 2005 tea14794. On October 26, 2005, the above court ordered the plaintiff to pay 45 million won and 20% interest per annum from the day following the service date of the original copy of the above payment order to the day of complete payment. The above payment order was served on the defendant on November 10, 2005, and it became final and conclusive as is.
