1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on October 15, 2016 is limited to a motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Plaintiff
As to a motor vehicle registered in the name of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff terminated a title trust agreement with the Defendant with respect to the said motor vehicle by delivering a copy of the complaint of this case, and sought the acquisition of the ownership transfer registration procedure with respect to the said motor vehicle.
