Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendants were not the handler of narcotics, etc. who can handle marijuana, the Defendants purchased, smoked, and dump marijuana as follows:
1. Defendant A
A. C and D Co-operation 1) The Defendant, along with C and C, intended to share the purchase price to purchase marijuana, wired KRW 170,000 to C around October 11, 2017. On the same day, C access to “E”, which is a special web hub, via “Dak Web,” and requested the seller of marijuana, such as F, to sell marijuana using an encryption program. The seller notified to the seller, transferred 0.7320 bitcoin (Korean 403,513 won) to the seller, and then, the seller informed the seller of the purchase of approximately 4 grams at an unspecified place, and conspired with the seller to purchase it by no later than May 3, 2017, and then, to purchase it by no later than May 3, 2017.
2) The Defendant attempted to purchase marijuana with C in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and wired KRW 20,00 to C around February 25, 2018, and C in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1, sent KRW 0,00 to the address “H”, which is known to the seller, in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1, to the address of the seller of marijuana, in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and intended to purchase approximately 5 g of marijuana at an influent place notified by the seller, but the said seller was prohibited from selling marijuana on the following day, refunding the purchase price, refunding the purchase price, and then conspired with C over two occasions as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes B, and attempted to purchase the hemp, and attempted to purchase it.
B. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant of marijuana smoking around January 1, 2020: (a) placed in a drinking house located in the U.S. sand farm on the paper of smoking in around 22:00 between the police officer from early January 1, 2020 to the police officer; and (b) placed in a smoking room on the paper of smoking.
