On April 2, 2013, at around 03:04, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol from the Defendant “C convenience store” located in the Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu B; (b) the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol to ask questions as to whether the Defendant filed a report from E in the circumstances belonging to the marine transportation police station D District of the Shipping Police Station, which was called upon upon receipt of a report, “the Defendant was on duty for the victim”; (c) the Defendant sent the victim’s entrance alcohol once a week to drinking; (d) the Defendant committed assault on the part of the Hubbbbuck, which was arrested as a flagrant offender and transferred to the D District of the Shipping Police Station; and (e) the Defendant’s verbal speech was made by the Defendant to E who was drafted a report at that place.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate job performance of police officers on public peace and maintenance of order.
