2. Summary of the parties' arguments

A. The Defendant, who is the mutual aid business operator of the Plaintiff Daehan vehicle, is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount equivalent to the 16-day rental fee of the rocketing automobile (i.e., 144,000 won/day x 16 days) and the delay damages for the 16-day rental fee (i.e., 16-day rental fee).

B. The actual repair period of the Defendant damaged vehicle is seven days, and only the rent should be recognized for the seven-day period, and the rent should be reported in consideration of the discount rate applied by Internet members of the automobile rental company holding a nationwide business network without any separate condition.
