In the lawsuit of this case.

A. The Defendant is an educational foundation that operates C University Special Graduate School (hereinafter “Defendant graduate School”), and the Plaintiff entered the Defendant Graduate School on September 1, 2010 and completed a master’s degree course for four semesters on August 24, 2012 and is preparing to submit a master’s degree thesis.

B. The plaintiff

On April 29, 2013, the notice was posted in the Internet bulletin board of the Korean Korean Korean Association of Dogwons in the name of “C University’s 20 student conference/19th student conference” (hereinafter “instant bulletin board”). The instant bulletin board was obstructed by the Internet bulletin board operator, which is the same as the instant sign board on April 16, 201; on April 29, 2013, it was unreasonable for C University to conclude an academic exchange agreement with F University that “C University’s Dogwon’s Dogwon’s Dognam University’s Dogwon’s Dogwon’s Dogwon’s Dogwon’s Dogwon’s Dog University’s Dog.” (hereinafter “instant bulletin board”); and on May 7, 2013, the title “C University’s Dog University’s Dog University’s Dog University’s Dog University’s Dog.’s 2013.”

On June 18, 2013, the Defendant Graduate School Operating Committee attended the Plaintiff, and hear the Plaintiff’s vindication, and without any particular investigation, decided to provide guidance that the Plaintiff prepared the instant bulletin and letter and letter and posted a letter of apology to the Plaintiff on the 30th of the same month. However, on August 14, 2013, following an investigation by the Investigation Committee comprised of two operating committee members who did not comply with the resolution, the Defendant Graduate School Operating Committee decided to present the Plaintiff’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on the part of the Educational Council.
