1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,100,000 to the Plaintiffs and 5% per annum from June 10, 2016 to May 10, 2018.

Reasons

1. Article 1 (Purpose of Recognition);

1. With respect to the subject real estate owned by the Dispute Resolution E, Eul (the plaintiffs) shall provide advisory services, and in return for the conclusion of the lease contract, Gap shall pay the prescribed successful fees to Eul (the defendant) so that Gap (the plaintiff) may enter into the lease contract for the subject real estate.

2.After the conclusion of a lease agreement with Gap and E, Eul shall provide complex commercial facility management services for the subject real estate, and Gap shall provide in return for this, part of the subject real estate to Eul for a fixed period of time.

Article 2 (Real Estate Subject to Contract) A summary of the real estate owned by the Investment Trust Co., Ltd. in relation to this contract shall be as follows:

1. Location: Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Council members;

2. Real estate subject to lease agreement: Article 3 (Business Scope) of the land and the newly constructed building in the land owned by the management committee.

1. Business consulting - After completing the selection of the project site and the review of the feasibility of the project, Eul shall allow Gap and E to enter into a lease agreement for the subject real estate through consultation with the E-In-House Development Bank.

- The service period of Eul under this contract shall be three months from the date of this contract and may be extended by mutual agreement between Gap and Eul.

2. Complex Commercial Facility Management Services - After the conclusion of a lease agreement with A and E, B shall provide A with strategic advice on business operation, such as operation and management plans, MF proposals, regular inspection of the status after commencement of business, planning of sales promotion plans, improvement of environment, and management skills for the subject real estate.

- At the same time, Gap and the Dispute Resolution E enter into a lease agreement for the subject real estate, it is deemed that the D affairs specified in Article 3 of this Agreement have been completed.

Provided, That where it is necessary to amend the contract for recognition of losses for tax purposes of A, A and B shall enter into a separate contract.

Article 4 (Remuneration for Services)

1. Business consulting: Within one week from the date of conclusion of a lease agreement for the subject real estate Party A, the Party A shall pay for the amount of 0,000 won for the subject real estate.
