For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants of the charges in this case on the ground that all of the charges in this case did not prove the relevant crime.

Examining the record, the lower court’s determination is justifiable.

There is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules without exhausting all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
