3. Larceny and intrusion upon a structure;
A. At around 14:00 on May 17, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the “U” restaurant for the operation of the Victim T in Jeju City, through the window not corrected, and stolen bags and gallon mobile phones with a cash of 30,000 won owned by the victim and a single cell phone market value of 50,000 won.
