The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted Defendant A as to the registration of loan business, etc. and violation of the Act on the Protection of Financial Users among the facts charged in this case and the facts charged in this case against Defendant B, and it is not erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles as to loan business in relation to the registration of loan business, etc. and the violation of the Act on the Protection of Financial Users.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
