1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) Defendant fishing village fraternity was established and organized by the fishermen residing in F with the “F” located in Jeonnam-do E (hereinafter “G Union”).
A) Defendant D is a fishing village fraternity affiliated with the fishing village fraternity, and was the head of Defendant D’s fishing village fraternity from around 2014 to 2017. (2) The Plaintiff had been engaged in the fishing industry while living in F along with his husband’s net H. The Plaintiff was engaged in the fishing industry. The Plaintiff was engaged in the fishing industry as a member of Defendant fishing village fraternity from around 30 years before his husband’s death until 2012.
(b) Details of the meeting and resolution of the Defendant fishing village fraternity in 2013;
1. A fishery event right may be exercised only when the resident registration right is at the home and a home is achieved and the family is living;
2. If a prisoner does not reside in a village for at least six months, he/she shall deprive him/her of his/her right to participate in fisheries;
Provided, That this shall not apply where he/she is hospitalized in a hospital due to poor body or where he/she is absent due to unavoidable circumstances.
3. If an outside person has become a company in this village and has become a director, the outside person may exercise his/her fisheries to pay 50,000 won to the village the membership fee for the fishing event.
4. Sales for fisheries events shall be paid in installments to the following subparagraphs that are not exercised in fisheries.
(hereinafter referred to as “distribution of subscription money”). 5. From the 5th day of the current year (from December 29, 2012 to December 28, 2017), two million won shall be paid at the ordinary meeting of December of each year at the ordinary meeting of December.

The plaintiff is in F in order to receive dementia treatment from another hospital from around September 2012.
