Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2012, the name consignment C with respect to the apartment located in Nam-gu, South-gu, would sell to Defendant E an amount of KRW 180 million at KRW 110,000,000, the Nam-gu D apartment owned by C at port.

E around May 2012, F introduced the title trustee of the above apartment and asked F to receive it, F recommended to lend the name of the defendant to E, introduced the defendant to E, and the defendant and E agreed to register the ownership of the above apartment in the name of the defendant.

Accordingly, around June 28, 2012, E completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant on May 27, 2012, with the sales contract for the above apartment as the grounds for registration in the Daegu District Court Port Support around the Daegu District Court.

Accordingly, the Defendant entrusted the real right to real estate under the name of the title trust agreement.

2. G on July 2012, in the name of G on the land and building located in the north-gu Ha-gu in the port of one’s port, G sold to E the land and three-story buildings located in the north-gu Ha-gu in the port of one’s port of one’s port of one’s own KRW 350 million.

E around July 2012, F introduced a title trustee of the above land and building and asked F to receive it, and F recommended the Defendant to lend the name of the Defendant, introduced the Defendant to E, and the Defendant and E concluded a title trust agreement to register the ownership transfer of the above land and building under the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, around July 11, 2012, E completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant on July 11, 2012 with the sales contract for the above land and building as the ground for registration in the Daegu District Court Port Branch.

Accordingly, the Defendant entrusted the real right to real estate under the name of the title trust agreement.
