1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 9, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment without holding any pleadings by submitting a written reply);
3. Since the statutory interest rate was changed to 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, part of which is partially dismissed, the part seeking payment exceeding 12% per annum from the day after June 1, 2019, among the Plaintiff’s damages for delay, is dismissed as there is no ground for appeal.
