Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. Around December 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the windows of music members run by the victim D (one, the other, the other, and the other 34 years of age) were opened in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) discovered the container gambling and intrudes into the said windows; (c) discovered the victims in the office and used the victims on the floor; and (d) embling them with the hearing tape located in the office; (b) rapes the victims by having sexual intercourse; and (c) 30,00 won and companies, citizens, new citizens, credit cards, and debit cards in cash and debit cards; and (d) forcibly imprising the victims from the wall of the victims on the part of the clients, who were on the part of the clients.
2. 3. The Defendant who violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, fraud, and fraud, is located in the Ha in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si around September 4, 2013.
