1. The defendant,
A. For the remaining plaintiffs except the plaintiff G and I, the "amount of figures" in the attached Table 2 table shall be each corresponding gold source.
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A’s clan (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s clan”) had the Plaintiff’s share of 47m2, 686m2 and 161m2 in Masan-si; Plaintiff B had the Plaintiff’s share of 232m2 in P before subdivision; Plaintiff C had Q 467m2 in Q 534m2; Plaintiff D had the share of 661/1465m2 in R 534m2; Plaintiff E had the Plaintiff’s share of 119m2 in 119m2 before YY-si prior to subdivision; Plaintiff F had the Plaintiff’s share of 48m2 in 5m20 in 50, 31m2 before subdivision; Plaintiff C had the Plaintiff’s share of 37m2 in 50m2 in 50, 140m2 before subdivision; Plaintiff C owned the Plaintiff’s share of 48m29/1208m2 in 194m2 and 143m2 in each of the answer.

In order to implement a land readjustment project of AD district (hereinafter referred to as "road project of this case") approved by Gyeonggi-do notified AC, the Defendant acquired each of the land of this case through consultation as shown in attached Table 1 according to the former Act on Special Cases concerning the Acquisition of Land and Compensation for Loss (repealed by Act No. 6656, Feb. 4, 2002) and paid compensation to each of the owners of the land of this case, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the land of this case due to consultation in the future of the Defendant.
C. On December 15, 2005, S land was divided into 74 square meters prior to S and 45 square meters prior to AE on December 15, 2005, and T land was divided into 14 square meters prior to T road and 44 square meters prior to AF road on December 15, 2005.
However, on December 30, 2004, the Minister of Construction and Transportation designated and publicly announced AG and AH Day as a prospective housing site development area of Osan City, including land of Nos. 1 through 9 listed in attached Table 1 among each land of this case as an implementer of the Gyeonggi local public corporation, and on August 4, 2006, the implementer became the Korea National Housing Corporation after being merged with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009.
