1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,843,487 and KRW 29,99,970, among them, from April 1, 2005.

Reasons

1. On June 18, 2003, Defendant A, under Defendant B’s joint and several sureties, borrowed 30,000,000 won from the Plaintiff at an interest rate of 10.9% per annum, 19.9% per annum, 19.9% per annum, and due date of payment on June 18, 2006, and did not fully repay the principal or interest on the said loan. The Plaintiff’s claim was a total of 31,843,487 won (including the loan balance of KRW 29,99,970) as of March 31, 2005.
