(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a fee job placement service (one-time E-mail) for the term “E Job Placement Service” registered by borrowing the name from friendly-dong B from friendly-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si.

The Defendant, while operating the above news room, employed more than 10 female guides, such as F, G, and H, and, on April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, using I Cost Round, sent F to “K sing shop” on the 5th floor of Seongdong-gu J building in Changwon-si, Sungwon-si; (b) had the male grandchildren in the name of about 2 hours in the face value of the above 23:00 on the same day, provided entertainment, and (c) had the above male grandchildren engage in one sexual intercourse with the above male grandchildren; (d) had the above male grandchildren provide job placement service for a fee of KRW 90,000,000 and KRW 1.60,000,000,000 from around 21, 201 to around 20,000,000 won for job placement service fees for each woman; and (d) received from the Defendant from around 23, 2012.7

Accordingly, the defendant conducted fee-charging job placement services by borrowing another person's name, and arranged commercial sex acts for business.

2. On July 27, 2012, the Defendant leased the Defendant’s name by having the Defendant registered the “E Job Placement Service in the name of the Defendant at the Seongbuk-gu Sungwon-si Office” in the name of the Defendant at the request of friendly job offering A (621) of the said D Building 621.
