1. 2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On April 18, 2015, at the convenience store in Jeju, around 09:44, the Defendant presented the e-mail card under paragraph (1) to the victim, as if he was his credit card, and acquired the goods from the victim, which amounting to 4,100 won.

B. On April 18, 2015, around 10:15, the Defendant: (a) presented the corporate bank physical card under paragraph (1) to the victim, as if he were his debit card; and (b) obtained a pecuniary benefit equivalent to 40,000 won from the victim, by settling the investment premium of an amount of 40,000 won from the victim.

C. On April 18, 2015, at another convenience store located in Jeju-si E, the Defendant presented the e-mail card under paragraph (1) to the victim, as if he were his credit card, and then acquired the goods from the victim and acquired them.

On April 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:16, at the nearest convenience store in Jeju-si, G, the injured party, as one of the paragraph 1, is one of his debit cards.
