The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the defendant.

1. Metropha medication;

A. On March 6, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) placed C a approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (b) melted them with water, and administered them for injection in the Defendant’s arms.

B. On March 6, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting them with water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

C. At around 15:00 on March 25, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philopon in an apartment building in the Chinese Cheongdo, and administered it by a method of drinking through a philopon inhaler’s inhaler, which occurs by heating 0.1g of philopon into the glass pipe.

On March 26, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g philophones into one-time injection machine, melting them as water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

E. At around 13:00 on March 27, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philopon in an apartment building in the Chinese Cheongdo, and administered it in a way of drinking through a philopon inhaler’s inhalers using a philopon inhaler to put about 0.1g of philopon into the glass pipe.

F. At around 01:00 on March 28, 2016, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting them with water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

G. On March 30, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g oponon in the “Eel” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, a single-use injection machine, and melted them with water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

H. The Defendant, around 10:00 on March 31, 2016, put approximately 0.05 grams into a single-use injection machine from 507 “Eel” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, and melted with water.
