As to the above case, this Court's judgment rendered on January 8, 2014 "the first sentencing date of the judgment rendered on January 8, 2013" is "the date of judgment rendered on January 8, 2013."

Reasons

Since the judgment is erroneous, it shall be decided ex officio in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
