The Defendant, together with B and C, sent letters of loan advertisement to many unspecified persons and consulted them with the victims who wish to borrow, and had them transfer money to another person’s financial account under the name of another person (hereinafter “one-time one”) prepared in advance for a loan fee, such as credit rating adjustment, etc., and the Defendant conspired to acquire money from the victims by means of immediately withdrawing the money transferred by the victims in cash.

1. The criminal defendant's conspiracy;

A.
