1. Defendants A, B, C, D, and E shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 199,195,750 on the Plaintiff, and as a result, on June 2013.
1. Basic facts
A. 1) Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”)
Between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on February 24, 2012, the said Defendant is Hyundai item Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the present item”).
() In order to secure the payment of the contract deposit under the Hyundai item, the purchase price of the insurance, KRW 293 billion, and the insurance period from February 23, 2012 to August 31, 2013, the performance guarantee insurance contract (contract) contract for the main facilities of the COLER AS, which was concluded with the company (hereinafter “instant Type 1 insurance contract”) (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
(2) On October 31, 2012, Defendant A entered into a guarantee insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant secondary insurance contract”) with the Plaintiff, with a view to securing the payment of defect deposit under the contract for the production of HBS YTS YCEM SACKCE (14 units), 495 million won, and the insurance coverage period from March 21, 2013 to March 20, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “instant secondary insurance contract”).
3) Between Defendant A and the Plaintiff on December 20, 2012, Defendant A and the foregoing Defendant, Inc., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “BC”)
(A) OSX(B) contract with the shipbuilding yard PNL LINE contract 7 forms (construction number: H) contract (hereinafter “instant contract”).
(A) In order to secure the payment of a contract bond under the contract bond, the performance (contract) guarantee insurance contract between December 10, 2012 and May 15, 2013 (hereinafter “instant third insurance contract”) for the insured land, the amount of insurance coverage of KRW 280,50,000,000,000,000,000,000.
(4) On December 20, 2012, Defendant A entered into a guarantee insurance contract for the performance (advance payment) between December 20, 2012 and April 15, 2013 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Plaintiff, with a view to ensuring the payment of advance payment under the instant contract, as long as the insured land conditions, the purchase amount of the insurance amount of KRW 84,150,000,000, and the insurance period from December 20, 2012 to April 15, 2013.
5) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (formerly: I., Ltd.; hereinafter, the same shall apply).
