The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On May 24, 2020, at around 07:03, the Defendant used the victim’s shoulder with his hand on the ground that the victim’s speech does not come up with the victim’s voice while dividing the conversations with the victim D ( South, 39 years of age), a restaurant customer in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, the Defendant assaulted the victim by cutting down the victim’s shoulder with his hand and destroying the victim’s breath on the floor by cutting down the bridge.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Declaration of intention not to punish the victim after prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
