Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On November 23, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with C low-speed car without obtaining a driver's license from around 800 meters away from the front of the Defendant's house located in SU convenience store in the same face-to-face CU convenience store to the road in the same face-to-face.
