However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 2019, the Defendant, through a psychotropic drug via B, a Korean national of Vietnam, who was aware of in the Republic of Korea, was not a person handling narcotics, requested C to bring psychotropic drugs to Korea using a psychotropic drug, which is a temporary narcotics, etc., and upon request, C accepted it.

After October 14, 2019, C received from E post offices located in Vietnam-si, ice-si, ice-si, the Defendant’s order via the Internet, and deposited the above door-to-door ship at the port of Nowon-gu, Roba, Round, where Vietnam-si, at around 23:40 on October 19, 2019, by dividing the above door-to-door ship into the styp boxes and paper stuffs, and entered Korea through the first passenger terminal of the Incheon International Airport, which was located in 272, Jung-gu, Incheon, and entered Korea on October 20, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported a set of money.
