1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 13, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: Loans (30,000,000 won) as of January 21, 2015, which was due date on August 30, 2015, and damages for delay from the day following the delivery of a copy of a complaint therefor, which was served on January 21, 2015;
