1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet; (b)
4,00,000 Won and above A from December 30, 2014.
1. On August 1, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased approximately KRW 48 square meters in store No. 4, 500,000,000,000 won per month; and (b) the lease period per year; (c) on November 5, 2014, the Plaintiff urged the Defendant to rent rent on a one-time basis; and (d) notified the Defendant of the termination of the contract on November 20, 2014 due to the lack of any particular measure, and sought unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the time of delivery, arrears, and delivery of the building.
