A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 19:50 on October 6, 2018, the Defendant was driving a vehicle of Category C with the blood alcohol level of 0.110% under the influence of alcohol level from the section of about 1km at the 1km from the front of the 1km-si to the seat of the east-si at the east-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.5%.

At around 20:20 on October 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) drafted a written report on the state of his/her driver by having the head of the police box affiliated with the aforementioned D police box as the Defendant was a driver F, and (b) requested the Defendant to sign the report; (c) signed the written report on the state of his/her statement in the statement column for the driver’s statement; and (d) written the written report on the state of his/her driver’s statement with the signature of F, which included the forged F’s signature, to the above Senior E, who is not aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, the defendant forged the F's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
4. The Defendant forged a private document, or uttering of a falsified private document, shall continuously carry the name column of the statement in the name column of the traffic accident occurrence situation with the tampial pentle at the time and place specified in paragraph (3), and voluntarily sign the statement in the resident number column, “G”, and “F” column, and forge the statement of the occurrence of a traffic accident in the name of F, which is a private document related to the certificate of fact, and forge the document in paragraph (3) to the light - who is not aware of the forgery.
