A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a fish farm under the trade name of Gyeonggi Kimpo-si B.
At around 2016, the Defendant asserted that the fish in his fish farm is closed due to noise and vibration generated from the construction in the D P P P P PP process, and filed a civil complaint against the suspension of construction and compensation for loss against the State F, which is the Kimpo-si, the prime business entity, and the lower business entity.
On November 3, 2016, Kimpo-so decided that the road establishment project for the front section of the C Yang fishing ground should be reserved, and the construction project to induce drainage to the river according to the existing road instead of the drainage channel that is cut off due to the reservation of the construction before the Yang fishing ground shall be (E) and (ju)F shall construct the drainage channel at a place unrelated to the said road establishment reservation project.
1. On March 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 07:43, at the construction site near C in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) the Defendant started construction of a temporary bypassing road for the installation of drainage channels; (c) the victim G (the age 42) who is an employee, tried to have the dump truck article enter the construction site to make the aggregate and drainage pipe get off the construction site; and (d) attempted to prevent the Defendant from entering the construction site; (c) prevented the Defendant from entering the construction site; (d) the Defendant continued to send the water signal so that the Defendant can get off the aggregate; and (e) the said car, which is a dangerous object to prevent the victim from doing work, was cut off to the front part of the vehicle; and (e) the victim she sawd up two times with the front part of the vehicle.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
2. The Defendant’s obstruction of business shall work for dump trucks at the time, place, and the Defendant’s above car at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph 1.
