When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On March 29, 2020, the Defendant posted on the Internet B C website a text message stating that “I wish to send the first money to the phone if you transfer the goods.” On March 29, 2020, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim D (Nam, 22 years old) who contacted the Defendant.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the victim with the earphone.

As above, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim and received 130,000 won from the victim’s agricultural bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant.
