1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,058,658 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 15, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
In addition to the whole purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the fact that the plaintiff was employed by and provided labor to the defendant from July 1, 2009 to May 31, 2018 can be acknowledged as the grounds for retirement pay of KRW 40,475,410 (tax withholding of KRW 1,313,570), wages of KRW 11,520,640, bonuses of KRW 3,500,00, annual salary of KRW 7,514,498, expenses settlement of KRW 1,048,110.
(The details are as shown in the attached Form). According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff a total of 64,058,658 won including retirement allowances, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from June 15, 2018 to the date of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
