Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
On February 5, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) parked on the road adjacent to the fence of the D school located adjacent to the D school in Jinju-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) deposited 300,000 won from F; and (c) sold approximately 0.23 g of the Mepta (one-day philopon) which is a local mental medicine in the single drinking fraud, to F.
2. No person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. shall smoke marijuana, or carry marijuana for the purpose of smoking;
A. On February 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s parking lot located in Jinju-si, Jin-si, Jin-si; (b) removed the tobacco tobacco tobacco plant in the Gu; and (c) smoked by inserting approximately 0.1g of the hemp plant in the plant; and (d) attaching a fire to the plant in a way that smoke fes off.
B. On February 19, 2018, around 18:00, the Defendant filed a lawsuit in a way that the Defendant placed approximately 0.41g of hemp on a e-car’s e-car driving seat receipt box parked on the front road of H at the time of Jinju-do, Jin-nam, in a way that he puts the hemp in a flad-car’s paper.
3. On February 19, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle on or around 13:00 on February 19, 201, while the Defendant is unlikely to smoke and drive the hemp in a normal manner as indicated in paragraph (a) of the same Article, as indicated in paragraph (2), from the Defendant’s parking lot located in G in G in the city of Jin-si in the city of Jin-si to the front road of Jin-si, Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
