However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant and the victim B (the 63 years old) maintained their relationship from February 2016, and they were at the end of March 2016.

1. A crime on April 25, 2016;

A. On April 25, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant infringed upon a house, gate and gate, but the injured party committed a crime, but the injured party avoided the Defendant’s property, stolen the victim’s property outside of the house, and went into the house through open visits, and intrudes the female’s residence.

B. A. On May 3, 2016, around 07:30 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant intruded upon a residence of the said victim, namely, gate, and the victim was committed, but the victim reported to the police and did not open a door, went beyond the victim’s mind to take retaliation against the victim, and then damaged the boomer glass and intruded into the house, and entered the house.

B. The Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s residence, such as the date and time, place, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a); (b) knife (the total length: about 20cm and knife length: about 10cm) which is dangerous things in the kitchen; and (c) knife the victim and the victim’s bath; (d) threaten the victim as they are; (b) blife the victim’s neck; (c) blife the victim’s knife twice; and (d) flife the victim with walking the victim by assaulting the victim for about 14 days.
