1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,900,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 23, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only submitted a formal written objection with the delivery of a payment order and did not appear on the date of pleading, and thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
