2. The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

[criminal history] On November 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for injury, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju Prison on July 25, 2015.

1. On April 29, 2017, around 01:55, the Defendant found the victim E (at 23 years of age) in front of the “D cafeteria” in Gwangju Northern-gu, and attempted to commit an indecent act against the female.

After the victim was able to do so, the Defendant forced the victim's her own hys, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. On May 10, 2017, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) demanded a tobacco to the victim H (18 years old) (hereinafter “G”) who passed the seat in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju; (b) obstructed the victim’s left shoulder to the end that there is no tobacco from the said victim; (c) shicked the victim’s string, “deed down by string down by the said victim; (d) was rejected to the victim I (nick, 20 years old), she followed the said victim, followed the said victim; and (e) was frighted to the hack; and (e) was frighted to the hacks; and (e) was frighted to the knch, frighted to the knnch, frighted to the end; and (e) made a threat to the victims by breaking the victim’s hacking the victim’s horse at the left end.”

3. Obstruction of business;

A. On May 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:0, at the “L main store operated by the Victim K in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, changed alcohol by large sounds; (b) laid down a dispute group on the table; (c) laid down a hand on a water tank on which fishery products are located; and (d) spits down in the water tank on the water tank; and (e) spits down the spit in the water pipe; and (e) laid down the spit in the water tank in the water tank for about one hour, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

B. The Defendant on May 13, 2017
