1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,283,192 as well as KRW 30,00,000 among them, from November 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan from the Plaintiff at an annual interest rate of KRW 30 million; (b) 7.8% per annum; (c) 17.5% per annum; and (d) due date of payment on June 8, 2018; (b) failed to fully repay the principal or interest on the said loan; and (c) the Plaintiff has a claim against the Defendant for the total amount of KRW 33,283,192 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 30,00,000, KRW 3,283,192) as of November 6, 2016.
