2. The costs of the lawsuit, including costs incurred by participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

B From April 24, 200 to December 26, 2001, with respect to the aggregate of 49,446 square meters (hereinafter “instant project site”) of each land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 attached hereto from the Defendants from April 24, 2000 to December 26, 2001, eight permission for development activities, including the permission for each development activity (land form and quality alteration) listed in the separate sheet No. 1-1 and No. 1-2 (hereinafter “instant development activity”), including the permission period from June 30, 200 to June 30, 2005, and the permission authority for development activities of the instant case changed from June 24, 2003 to August 26, 2003 to C (hereinafter “C”) Company, E, E, F, G, H, I (hereinafter “C etc.”).

(A) From July 29 to September 12, 2004, from July 29, 2004, C, etc. filed 42 building reports including each of the building reports listed in the attached Table 1-2 (hereinafter “instant building report”) on the ground of the instant land with the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu, including the construction of buildings, such as electric houses, on the ground of the instant land from July 29, 2004, and thereafter, the expiration date of the permission for the instant development activities was extended to June 30, 2006.
