1. Around 02:00 on May 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was placed in a restaurant “E” restaurant operated by the victim D located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu; (b) was placed in a cafeteria, with a decline of 20cc in the length of the window and door frame prepared in advance; (c) was forced to remove the said window from a cafeteria; and (d) went into a cafeteria by force; and (d) discovered the time period for payment of the gold transfer that is integrated into a cafeteria; (c) cut off the said cable on the part of the victim, and cut off the said wire with one gold transfer period under the market value with 123,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (d) cut off the said window with one gold transfer period under the market value with one gold transfer period.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant infringed on the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, through the restaurant roof, and cut off the said cable with one payment period from the victim’s G cash card owned by the victim G, one copy of the passenger bank card owned by the victim I, and one copy of the liquor bank card, which was kept by the victim I, to enter the restaurant, and to find the payment period from the transfer of the gold transferred to the restaurant.

B. On May 21, 2018, at around 02:12, the Defendant came to a restaurant of “H” in the above paragraph (a) above, and caused the gap by putting the strings prepared in advance between the strings entering the strings, putting the strings into the strings, opening the strings, opening the strings, and intrudes into the strings, and discovered KRW 43,000 in cash owned by the victim within the small plastic strings under the strings of the strings under the strings of the strings.
