Reasons
1. The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is the same as that for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it shall accept this as it is in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(2) The court of first instance, which dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim on February 2, 201, is justifiable, and the Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed as it has no reason to do so. The Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed as it is not reasonable.
