On December 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months by imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on December 18, 2014, and the said judgment was finalized on December 18, 2014.

1. Around 17:50 on July 28, 2014, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol from “E” in the “E” operated by the Victim D (M, 53 years of age) located in Incheon Strengthening Group C, the Defendant assaulted the victim with his/her head one time by drinking the victim’s head.

2. The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at the time, place, and so on as described in paragraph (1), expressed the victim D’s desire to “a Chewing baby, Y and neighboring H,” and publicly insultd the victim as “a Chewing baby” among the police officers F, G, and many people, including neighboring H, who were called out after receiving 112 report.

3. On August 21, 2014, around 15:00 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant, at the place specified in paragraph (1), expressed that “A victim D would have failed to go to the court for day, and even if a customer would wish to go to go to the court, he could not get the money, and even if the victim’s demand that she go to go to the future, she would not get the money, and she would be able to go to go to the victim until she receives money from the victim, such as demanding the victim to go to the court for day.”

The Defendant got 20,000 won from the victim who frightened the victim and received 20,000 won at the same place.

4. Interference with business;

A. On August 23, 2014, at around 18:00 on August 23, 2014, the Defendant stated at the place specified in paragraph (1) that the victim would need to be 2,000 won since they need to be obstructed the victim’s business by force over about 30 minutes, and that the Defendant expressed the victim’s expressed that “I will see that I will see the three-years and four-years,” and that “I will see that I will see that I will see that I will see the victim’s business by force.”
