1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 20,160,00 and KRW 8,400,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 11,760,00 from August 19, 198.

Reasons

1. On November 7, 2005, the Plaintiff’s indication of the claim became final and conclusive upon receipt of a payment order against the Defendant in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch case of loans 2005Guj13458, but re-guin the lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription on the principal and interest claim of payment order (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
