나. 피고들의 모욕행위 피고 B은 2018. 3. 23. 15:10 경 이 사건 재건축조합 사무실 안에서 원고와 아파트 동 호수 추첨결과 발표문제로 서로 말다툼을 하던 중 아파트 동 호수 추첨결과를 기다리는 조합원 20 여 명이 있는 자리에서 원고에게 “ 이런 개 같은 년, 씨발 년, 썅 년 아 ”라고 큰소리로 말하였고, 피고 C는 피고 B과 원고가 서로 말다툼하는 것을 말리던 중 원고로부터 반말을 듣자 원고에게 “ 너 라니 이 씨발 년 아, 이런 씨발 년이, 개 같은 년이 ”라고 큰소리로 말하였으며, 피고 D은 피고 B과 원고가 서로 말다툼하는 것을 말리던 중 원고로부터 반말을 듣자 원고에게 “ 미친년이 씨 발 미친년이 네 ”라고 큰소리로 말하여, 원고를 모욕하였다( 이하 통틀어 ‘ 이 사건 모욕행위 ’라고 한다). 다.
