A asphalt road located in front of the Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, is a road that is used by residents of the C community for the operation of vehicles, Trackers, etc. from about 30 years ago.

From 17:00 on June 4, 2020 to 10:00 on the following day, the Defendant constructed about 15 meters in length in front of Chungcheong-gun B and about 3 meters in width on the asphalt road, thereby hindering the traffic by allowing the above road, which is a place for public traffic of the general public, to pass through the road.
