1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 16, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(However, "creditor" is considered as "Plaintiff", "debtor" as "defendant", and the defendant C is terminated as the withdrawal of the lawsuit by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
