On April 4, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 28, 2019, and the detention was revoked due to the expiration of the detention period, and the execution of the sentence was terminated.

In the case of a vehicle with no parking space, the defendant tried to steal the goods stored in such vehicle, using the fact that there is a high possibility that the vehicle door would not be corrected.

1. On August 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) parked in the first floor parking lot of the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without correcting the victim B's rocketing vehicles; and (b) opened a door door of the said vehicle and opened a door of the said vehicle in a cresh where surveillance is neglected; and (c) cut off the property owned by the victim from the wall located in the front grobbing box.

2. Around 00:00 on August 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) returned home at the 1st floor parking lot in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, without correcting the Victim E, and opened a door-to-door driver’s seat of the said vehicle and entered the door-to-door, and then stolen the property owned by the victim by taking out one cell phone 4,000,000 won at the market price contained in the container gate.

3. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant, at the first floor parking lot in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, destroyed the victim’s property owned by the victim by leaving home without correcting the vehicle at the victim H, and opening a door-to-door driver’s seat in the above vehicle and leaving the door-to-face in cash in the rear seat of the vehicle at least KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and the amount of KRW 1,000,000,000,000.

4. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim K in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on August 22, 2019 at the direction of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul around 05:15.
