The defendant is the owner and driver of the Branchis vehicle.

No one shall cover a registration number plate intentionally or make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, on January 16, 2019, the Defendant operated a vehicle registration number plate in a street near the Young-gu, Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, in a condition that it is difficult to identify the registration number plate due to the Defendant’s operation of the above vehicle number plate by putting a part of the number plate of the vehicle back to the end and running the road near the road.

(A) The defendant made a statement to the effect that he denies his intention, but the summary of the evidence is recognized as having the intention to make it difficult to identify some number of the number plates in light of the evidence, such as the following violation vehicle photographs.

1. Partial statement of the defendant;
